Current Guidelines

If you are banning someone, make sure to warn them with the reason, then ban them.

IF THE ACCUSED USER DISCONNECTS FROM THE SERVER DURING THE SIT, Multiply the ban time by 2. (Ban-time x 2 = new ban-time)
This also applies if they change their name to avoid punishment.

IF THEY ARE BEING A "MINGE",
You may add it to the ban reason, however it does NOT add any time to the ban, but simply notes that they were being a minge in the case of an appeal.

IF THEY SPAWN SWASTIKAS OR ALIKE,
Don't gag and mute them. Warn them for "Nazi Propaganda." Such warning is the same as FailRP.

-RDM / NLR / FailRP / RDA x1 = Warn (or 30 min ban if with LTAP)
-RDM / NLR / FailRP / RDA x2 = Warn + Kick (or 1 hour ban if with LTAP)
-RDM / NLR / FailRP / RDA x3 = 1 Day Ban
-RDM / NLR / FailRP / RDA x4 = 3 Day Ban
-RDM / NLR / FailRP / RDA x5 = 1 Week Ban
-RDM / NLR / FailRP / RDA x6 = 2 Week Ban
-RDM / NLR / FailRP / RDA x7+ = 1 Month Ban

-RDM in a sit x1 = 1 Day ban
-RDM in a sit x2 = 1 Week ban
-RDM in a sit x3 = 1 Month Ban

-RDM of staff running sit = 1 Week ban

-Job Abuse x1 = Warn
-Job Abuse x2 = Warn + Kick
-Job Abuse x3 = 1 Week Ban
-Job Abuse x4 = Permanent Ban

-Racism x1 = 5-10m Mute AND Gag AND warn
-Racism x2 = Permanent Gag
-Racism x3 = Permanent Ban

-Staff Diss x1 = Warn
-Staff Diss x2 = 1Hr Ban
-Staff Diss x3+ = 1Week Ban

-Advertising Server x1 = Permanent Ban

Mic Spamming x1 = Gag+Warn
Mic Spamming x2 = Kick+Gag once back
Mic Spamming x3 = 1 Day ban if they keep doing it

When stacking offenses of different ban length, use these:
Any Other Rule Offense x1 = Warn (or 30 min ban if with LTAP)
Any Other Rule Offense x2 = Warn + Kick (or 1 hour ban if with LTAP)
Any Other Rule Offense x3 = 1 Day Ban
Any Other Rule Offense x4 = 3 Day Ban
Any Other Rule Offense x5= 1 Week Ban
Any Other Rule Offense x6= 2 Week Ban
Any Other Rule Offense x7 = 1 Month Ban

Refusing to abide by staff’s order = Warn

Propspam = Permanent Ban

Scamming = Permanent Ban
