  1. This entire thread requires many many answers outside the context of computing at this point. What you need is someone with experience and expertise in targeted attacks who doesn’t work with your Government. I have been under investigation for 5 years by first the United States Military (Airforce, Army, etc, in a coordinated effort with the FBI, Secret Service, and US Marshals, until the US realized I was framed by Members of Isis working with dirty cops, thus requiring them to hand the investigation over to the UN due to international treaties for coordinating efforts to fight global terrorism. I have seen, experienced, witnessed, technology of Gods. Things that programmers and cybersecurity experts couldn’t even dream of. In other words, due to a very rare one in a trillion circumstance of mine, I am quite possible the only person on earth who knows and understands the worlds most classified technologies used in targeted attacks who can publicly speak about it. It must be recognized that this here is not a computer issue. It is a targeted attack issue that elevates itself to the topic of spies, Assasins, terrorists, double agents, and real live James Bond’s. Depending on your government, you my friend are in something very similar to what I was in, which is the “spy game”. Targeted attacks are no joke, and depending on your government and their resources, I am probably the most knowledgeable person who can publicly speak on handling the situation correctly. As for all of the above comments, or solutions, they are utterly all useless if your government is the United States (which I suspect it isn’t). All of the solutions I am reading above sound prehistoric from my eyes after seeing the technology I’ve seen as a suspected terrorist. If you have a good story and some evidence to prove that you are innocent or being harassed by an unjust government, and at the very least (even though it doesn’t matter on my end), know how to use PGP, I may consider helping you over a private protocol. Otherwise, good luck. I hope your journey isn’t as insanely dark and twisted as mine.
