1. Find a S/N of the product you want to SE from their site on ebay or other marketplaces.
2. Contact support via email and make up a story saying something like the battery in your vaporizer started leaking battery acid etc, be creative.
3. They should reply asking for you to send a short video showing the issue
4. At this point you can use https://corrupt-a-file.net/ to corrupt a video
4. Keep sending sending them the corrupted video until they give up and offer you a replacement
5. I ended up quadruple dipping them and getting 4 free vaporizers from the same SE by telling them you never recieved it over and over
