I've worked as a PR two times in 2017. When KatBot was a PRA and then Sinkler.

I think I got jailed 3-4 times not sure but it was for stupid reasons, I was immature back then.

6)Why should you be hired, and what can you contribute to the staff team?
 I should be hired because I have what it takes to be a PR. I'm an active player I spend at least 10 hours playing Era. Also When I do my job I try to make the best of it. I don't need to be trained in fact the first time I got hired for this position Katbot only told me to read the RC and that was it. You can check the comments of PunkRulez in case you wanted to see how I performed previously. What I can contribute to the staff team is a friendly and a person who is willing to help anyone with anything.

7)You see another staff member abusing their rights, what do you do?
I would tell him politely to not abuse his rights. If he continued I would record him and file it to a higher level admin.

8)You are having a disagreement with another staff member, how do you handle this?
I feel like we should be professionals in our job. If we had a disagreement we should make sure to not disrespect each other. I would usually handle it by letting him win the argument.

9)Astram PMs you and says that Sabdoy wont stop harassing him (pretend they aren't staff), what do you do?
I would thank Astram for letting me know. I would PM Sabdoy and tell him politely to stop harassing other players or I would have to jail him.

10) A player PMs you saying they think another player is hacking/spawning/doing something illegal, how do you go about seeing if this is true?
I would go invisible and start investigating that player and if he was true I would take actions against that player.
