  1. Raid Start:
  2. Invites go out at 945pm ST 15 minutes prior to raid start.
  3. Raid members are expected to have gear gemmed and enchanted. (Officers will verify with use of Exorsus Raid Tools or something similar).
  4. All Raiders will bring at a minimum 1 extra flask and enough personal food/pre-pots to last the raid night. If you need pre-pots made, send raw mats to Cashstrapped and inform Gavinx via discord/in game whispers that you have sent mail to that character.
  5.
  6. Raid Spots:
  7. Heroic/Normal groups will be open to all guild members. Mythic Progression Spots will be evaluated solely on performance and consistency. All members will remain as Trials for the first 2 weeks of raid as we evaluate raid performance and decide from there if you will be a candidate for Mythic Progression. All raids that are having to have PUG members will have a remark in the description stating that we are recruiting for Wed/Thurs/Sun 10pm-12am ST.
  8.
  9. Raid Conduct:
  10. Communication during boss fights will be limited on progression nights (unless needed for coordination) keep the comms boss related.
  11. Any and all disagreements with Raid Leader calls should/will be handled in whispers or we can pull you down into a locked voice channel to chat for a second.
  12. Positive and Effective critique is strongly encouraged but as always, keep it respectful and to the point.
  13. Any raider that is unsure of what to do will be on you to ask the questions of what you should be doing. Knowing basic mechanics to the fights prior to the raid is strongly encouraged and will be noticed throughout the raid and after analyzing the combat logs.
  14. Belligerence and ignorance will not be tolerated by any member regardless of guild rank and will be warned on such offense.
  15. RESPECT RESPECT RESPECT! All of us play this game to have fun, let’s keep it that way!
  16.
  17. Raid Performance:
  18. Know your class / rotation sufficiently.
  19. Hard carries will be sat or replaced on progression nights (Heroic/Normal only) if it is causing the raid to wipe. There will be no carries in Mythic until bosses become farm and at that point we can allow alts/social members in for kills.
  20.
  21. Loot:
  22. Loot will be personal (obviously).
  23. Loot that is not needed will be whispered to Fluffmykitty for roll to eligible raid members.
  24. We understand how important loot is, but if a Raider is winning multiple items a night off of rolls then the whole raid suffers because that is less loot for everyone else that could help the whole team. There is not 1 Raider In the group, there are 20 Raiders in the group. Help each other and be selfless.
  25.
  26. Rank Structure:
  27. Social: Any Member that wants to be a part of the community but does not want the obligation of raiding. Socials are eligible for all normal and heroic runs. These members will be pulled to raid if they are willing and we are short. Socials can request to be placed in a Trial status at any time.
  28.
  29. Alts: Self Explanatory
  30.
  31. Trial: Those seeking a core spot for Mythic Progression will be put in a Trial status for a minimum of 2 weeks or 6 raid days to evaluate performance and attendance. Trials are not guaranteed to move up to Raider status automatically after the 2 week period and may be extended until such decision is made.
  32.
  33. Raider: Core member of Mythic Progression team and those that have proven they have what it takes. Raiders are eligible for Raid Carry Run’s when those start. Raiders have priority over Trials for Mythic nights.
  34. Officer/Officer Alts: Guild Leadership, share same executive decision as GM. Any and all requests from guild members will be vetted through the Officers. Officers will consist of the Raid Leader, responsible for loot distribution that is being rolled on. Officers can promote Trials into a Raider status after consulting with GM and Raid Lead. Officers have removal authority of toxic players that are diminishing the enjoyment of all members within the Guild. Officers along with guild members are responsible for recruiting potential Trials/Raiders with guidance from the Raid Lead in which what will work best with our current raid group. Officers can set up Gold runs for Mythic Keystones and Raids to generate income for Raid Members with a portion of all sales going to the guild bank.
  35.
  36. GM: Delegates responsibility to Officers and ensures smooth transition and cohesiveness within the community. GM is the face of the Guild and will at all times conduct itself in a professional manner to not bring discredit upon his Officers and Guild Members. GM is responsible for making sure requests made through Officers are published and delivered to the best fit for the Guild. GM is the sole authority for promoting individuals into an Officer position after recommendations from other Officers. GM along with Officers have the authority to cancel raid night. GM will have oversight on all guild related matters and will execute fair judgement on all situations.
  37.
  38. Guild Conduct:
  39. This is a game that we all love to play and we choose who we play with. With that being said, treat all members with the respect and dignity that they deserve. If any issues arise, please take it to a whisper with said individual or an officer that is online. If that can’t be resolved a voice chat can be requested for all parties involved. The biggest thing that a lot of people have noticed in the World of Warcraft community is that guilds are just place-holders where no one talks outside of raids, guild chat is empty and players are off to fend for themselves in the LFG System. The vision behind this guild is to alleviate that to the best of our ability. We are not saying that you will always have a group to run with, you will always need to PUG something and I highly encourage that as well so you as the player can expose your talent and possibly recruit like-minded players into our organization.
  40.
  41. Train and develop your peers into becoming better players even if that means explaining and fielding questions regarding a class that is your expertise. We want everyone to feel included and always have that opportunity to say at the end of the week that I did something with my guild. I personally feel that I contributed towards my Guilds success. I (GM) have no issues running lower content if it means that you are able to better your progression and play style because I am a firm believer that it takes repetition to make a solid attempt at anything in this game.
  42.
  43. Sales of any kind to guild members should be kept at extremely low cost or free. We are not an auction house to guild members and it is frowned upon. Mythic Keystones: Keep in mind – We are on a high population server and with the explicit use of Raider.io it makes members jobs harder to get into higher keys. Make it a point to help your guild members get into those higher keys so they can experience and LEARN situations of higher expectations which will further develop their game play.
  44.
  45. Guild bank: All raiders are expected to contribute to the guild bank for consumables and if able enchants/gems. Although, Enchants/Gems fall in line with the guidelines in pursuance of our raid conduct and continued evaluation of raid spots.
  46.
  47. Carry Runs: These will be done when heroic content is completely on farm and will be used to generate gold for those participating in the carry and also to help stock the guild bank with gold to better facilitate the high demand for consumables for raid nights. Details regarding Carry Runs will be published at a later date.
  48.
  49. In closing, this guild is our home away from home, let’s treat it as such. The GM and Officers want nothing but the best for all Guild Members within our ranks and we stop at nothing to ensure that happens.
  50.
  51. Best Wishes,
  52. Gavinx
  53. Guild Master
  54. Narcissistic Knights
