  1. In my current job, I define stories from user requirements. To make it more clear, I mostly prototype them (Balsamiq mockups, Uxpin, Google Docs, etc.) and prioritize them in product backlog (JIRA scrum board) in agile iterations, according to the roadmap (Aha, Craft.io) I previously defined.
  2.
  3. I made Hotelspro.com more functional and stable, also built a product called Compass (hotel inventory and distribution project) from scratch. In a month after release, Compass became the second fastest hotel provider on search, as well as Metglobal's Top 10 best selling hotel providers (among Expedia, Hotelbeds, GTATravel, and 50+ others)
  4.
  5. Graduated Computer Science @METU, I wrote an app on VBA for my brother to let him keep track of his work. I have created tons of reports, presentations, product specification documents, gantt charts, different diagrams, even API specs of Metglobal channel manager.
  6.
  7. I have 60+ partners to be kept an eye on them with every day. Using emails, Hangout and Skype, I solve their problem without much waiting. I also use Hipchat to communicate with development team, also getting seamless integration from Atlassian on JIRA to keep track of my work on it.
  8.
  9. You are good at saying no: There is no such system could handle all requests that users ask for. I use MoSCoW principle to elaborate the priority of tasks. If tasks should go under W, it means it won't be made, it doesn't worth it, therefore I dare to say "No" even to CEO in our weekly meetings.
  10.
  11. As I've already been working with multiple teams on different cases, it is easy to learn many things from each of them, really understanding the needs and goals, acting as a cement between these parties and the development.
  12.
  13. Being a part of company's vision, I define the roadmap accordingly and make the order in the backlog, what to do in next sprint.
  14.
  15. For better visibility, I make high level mockups on Balsamiq, Wireframe.cc, Uxpin and currently in Invision. I have even included animations on it, received tons of feedbacks about during proceeding with the design online.
  16.
  17. Having KPI's are essential, to keep track of the progress and product's health. I have a data board on New Relic Insights based on my custom queries (NQL) to our endpoints. I also can extract custom reports using my SQL skills from mysql tables.
  18.
  19. I believe that if a task is not made well visioned and optimized, it will cause more trouble in the future. Therefore a good futuristic analysis on product perspective and a good technical advisory is essential in building fully automated products with perfect uptime.

  40. It really depends on the success criteria of what we would like to achieve with given product.
  41.
  42. Considering Zapier, most KPI's will be most probably on backend side due to your core API business. Which most probably will be performance KPI's (response time, uptime %, convergence %, etc.) and integration KPI's (request count success %, error % distribution, etc.). At the end, since these services were to be used on UI of Zapier, usability metrics will also be in charge.
