  20. Rules and Policy on the ranks of the Gym Leaders and Elite 4 / Champion system.
  21. Anyone who would like to rise one rank on the system has to challenge the rank above in best 2 of 3 matches. If you want to join the league, you must choose a type that isn't taken and challenge the first leader with a monotype team of that specific type. You must also be active in order to become a Gym Leader or Elite Four member. If you want a type that somebody already has, then you must defeat that person three times in a row and you will take their place. After successfully taking or defending a position, your spot may not be challenged for another 24 hours. Matches cant be on the spur, and must be approved when trying to rise a rank. Also, anyone challenging the league has a maximum of 2 teams to use in Gym Battles. This is to give some fairness to the Gym Leader when facing the same opponent multiple times. You may only use one team when you challenge the Elite 4, meaning you may not change teams in the middle of the challenge. If you lose against one of them, you must start over. All battles and teams will be under OU rules and regulations.
