  4. I haven’t got a very good idea because they are better gyms than mine. My gym is big but they are bigger gyms where people go to, but people likes gyms and matbe they can come mineThere is nothing new to offer because its the same as other gyms. I have nothing original, I have rooms that have weights and another that has the running machines.I don’t meet the needs of my customers because i didnt get new stuff and I got the original machines that the other gyms have. Maybe people won’t be able come to my because it’s the same as the others.

  6. Do i have some good ideas. What new things can i offer. How will i meet the needs of my customers. How will i identify which customers i will target next. Iam forward thinking. I have current up to date ideas. I know my business aims.I know what i want for my business in the future and it is being a good manager for the gym. I have skills to run a business like fixing the equipment when they are brocken or showing the customers how to train when they are clueless.
  7. TRENDS I HAVE ALREADY RESEARCHED THAT WOULD MEAN MY BUSINESS WILL BE SUCCESSFUL
  8. An environment trend which means business will be by getting lots of stuff for the people to enjoy and get lots of money. A technological trend which means my business will be successful is by getting social networking and telling people when its open and its not so they know the timing of my business.
