Kyllie asked, so here is how to arms warrior pls.
Entry level: Mortal Strike lol
Copy my spec except for tactical mastery. You can turn those points into something that amuses you.
Do the opening rotation, which is
Charge
Rend
Collossus Smash
Mortal Strike
Now, the Lambs to the Slaughter talent will make it so you never have to recast rend on that target. Yay.
The rotation from here on out:
Collossus Smash on CD if the mob doesn't have the debuff. This buffs your damage by something like 40% against that creature for 6 seconds.
Mortal Strike on CD
Overpower when it's up and won't interfere with CS or MS
Use Slam if the above aren't available and you're bored.
Intermediate Level: GCDs are for chumps
If you have what I described above figured out, but you want more damage, start using heroic strike.
Heroic strike and Cleave aren't on the GCD, so they're easy damage so long as you have the rage.
Generally, I hit HS whenever I have more than 50 rage.
HS benefits from CS being up like everything else, so if you know it'll be up soon, hold off.
At this point you should be using Slam on all of your spare GCDs, but make sure not to get in the way of CS, MS, or Overpower.
Regarding execute range: Finish Him!
Execute is great, but it's not as big of a jump as you might think. Some rules:
Don't get so excited about execute that you stop mortal striking. If you do, rend falls off and everything goes to hell.
I replace slam and overpower in my rotation with execute until I have 5 stacks of executioner.
After you have 5 stacks of executioner, just execute in place of slam.
If the fight is rage-crazy like madness, execute as often as you can without letting rend or lambs to the slaughter fall off. (As a side note on madness, the last platform gives so much rage that you can HS during execute. It's craaaazy.)
coming soon: expert crazy shit.
