  1. I opened a ticket earlier today regarding this issue, and am extremely dissatisfied with the response. I purchased Howl of the Frostwolf, and after a short time attempted to resell it for the full refund. It was half an hour or so after i had purchased it, WELL WITHIN the two hour period, as stated on the items, i had over an hour left to return it for a full refund. I received an Internal Bag Error when trying to sell the item. I opened a ticket regarding the issue, which of course would bring me well past the two hour limit. Clearly, I was not specific enough and whatever GM handled the issue did not take the time to read my ticket. I attempted to return the item WELL WITHIN THE TWO HOUR LIMIT AND RECEIVED AN INTERNAL BAG ERROR. I AM WELL AWARE THAT AFTER TWO HOURS I CANNOT GET A FULL REFUND. THE ISSUE IS THAT I WAS UNABLE TO SELL IT WITHIN THE TWO HOURS DUE TO AN INTERNAL BAG ERROR. I HOPE MY CAPITALIZATION AND EXCESSIVE REDUNDANCY WILL CLEAR UP ANY POTENTIAL MISCOMMUNICATION.
