He actually used to start singing songs that no one could understand because he thought it was funny. So Faeloren songs or 'songs' because normally the Faeloren don't sing and just growl the words or make humming sounds. Silas translates them to their wordy language with the help of kitty friend.

He wears a lot of white.
No, but yes, when he isn't in a straight jacket he'd probably just wear something fairly casual. He doesn't really dress up but he doesn't like looking like a slob either.

“A washed up shell of my older brother” seemed to piss him off.
Emery used to call him Ally for a while but that wasn't a horrible nickname.

He's tall and he doesn't normally use this to his advantage.
Silas is a gentle giant and he slouches a bit whenever he's talking to someone who is shorter than he is. With children, he will kneel because he knows his height can be intimidating.

Okay he can only understand one of them because it's mainly growls and facial cues
