[08:29] <thrie> yeah.  I feel i'm committed to JFB for the long haul and will do anything to help out the faction and others in it.
[08:29] <04Kinzove> Generally we like to bring in two people at a time, and train/groom them up. Being in leadership room is how it starts and we generally see what kind of initive people have in wanting to help out in leading the faction like how CrazedOne runs training faction wide, and HP in his guidance of guides, being the crime boss etc

[08:30] <04Kinzove> Well you did the website for us, without any wanting anything for it, and were completly humble about the whole thing and then i come back and hear about other ways you've been helping out. And it goes without saying the asset you already are for the faction during war.

[08:32] <04Kinzove> Is we bring people into the council room so you can be part of the conversations of what we talk about and what not, and then we give out little tasks and see how people grow with it for the betterment of the faction.
