  31. Fixed being stuck in vehicle on crash, you now eject in severe crashes.
  32. Fixed weapon unholster on exit vehicle, you now immediately holster and make no animation on client or client-client side.
  33. If you have a severe vehicle accident, your engine turns off(can restart it - mainly for deaths in vehicles and cars staying on).
  34. Added basic reputation system (its just here to get a perspective on levels at the moment, may be used for shops, voting etc in 0.4)
  35. Added battery to phone, if you use while restrained it is set to 0, you can recharge in most towns and it does last a while.
  36. Removed motorbike from the game( will look at adding it when it works properly or i find others.)

  38. Added Shank to Jail (takes 10 mins to make) - this can be used to knock people out, which then allows restraining / tying / escorting etc.

  102. Added diseases, you catch them rarely and need a EMS to help you, if they administer the wrong drugs, you will more than likely die and spread the disease.
  103. -Basically medics need to learn what heals what, also, these can be changed at any time to swap in new diseases once they get routine.
