Blue Defense
Before:
Level 1 Damage drops by 5    when attacked.
Level 2 Damage drops by 15   when attacked.
Level 3 Damage drops by 25   when attacked.
Level 4 Damage drops by 35   when attacked.
Level 5 Damage drops by 45   when attacked.
Level 6 Damage drops by 60   when attacked.
Level 7 Damage drops by 100 when attacked.

Changes:
Level 1: 50 received DMG reduced under attack for 13 mins.
Level 2: 70 received DMG reduced under attack for 15 mins.
Level 3: 100 received DMG reduced under attack for 18 mins.
Level 4: 130 received DMG reduced under attack for 21 mins.
Level 5: 180 received DMG reduced under attack for 30 mins.
Level 6: 240 received DMG reduced under attack for 30 mins.
Level 7: 300 received DMG reduced under attack for 90 mins.

Breath

Before:
Level 1 600% of your Magical attack force is applied as Damage to your enemy.
Level 2 650% of your Magical attack force is applied as Damage to your enemy.
Level 3 700% of your Magical attack force is applied as Damage to your enemy.
Level 4 750% of your Magical attack force is applied as Damage to your enemy.
Level 5 800% of your Magical attack force is applied as Damage to your enemy.
Level 6 900% of your Magical attack force is applied as Damage to your enemy.

Changes:

Level 2 : 200 Damage dropped from Critical Attacks.  Lasts 15 mins.
Level 3 : 300 Damage dropped from Critical Attacks.  Lasts 18 mins.
Level 4 : 400 Damage dropped from Critical Attacks.  Lasts 21 mins.
Level 5 : 500 Damage dropped from Critical Attacks.  Lasts 30 mins.
Level 6 : 600 Damage dropped from Critical Attacks.  Lasts 30 mins.
Level 7 : 800 Damage dropped from Critical Attacks.  Lasts 90 mins.

Dragon Mantle (This skill might change tonight due to I think it’s too op but we will see after test)
Before:

Level 1 Attack with separated zhen.  10% drop in wpn dmg, 5% drop in PHY DEF, 100% boost in atk speed

Zhen Mastery
Before:
Level 7 25% boost to Zhen Damage.

Changes:
Level 7 40% boost to Zhen Damage.
