Discussion on Medics:
1. Can non-medics equip med kits to self heal?
2. Use of morphene?
3. Droppale med kit to heal allies?
4. When do they get the ability to recsitate recently dying allies
5. Should there be a threshold to prevent recesitation, headshots, ap round etc?
6. Does leveling up medic skill increase heal rate?

Possible Level up path:
1. Gives med kit to self use
2.  Allows healing of allies
3. Allows Recesitation of allies

Combine with engineer to drop med kits?  hmmm
