BENEFITS
- This kip is intended specifically to utilize the best +speed strats while eliminating Timmy.
        > 26IV speed means it is not 30 spe at L18, but can use all other relevant +speed strats
        > Its def+HP means it lives Facade x2 at L29, eliminating the need for late candy
        > Its atk+spatk both meet the relevant thresholds for neutral natures

This all allows it to use early candy strats, giving L28 for Machop and L29 for Zangoose.

- It outspeeds TnL naturally with 12 speed EVs (2 wild + Carbos), but does not outspeed Archie's Crobat, which is largely unnecessary anyway.

- Pick up Stardust on the way into Granite Cave if you already have early flyer, on the way out if you didn't have early flyer but used Repel in the cave

GRANITE CAVE
- Make up for whatever speed EVs you need by killing the equivalent number of Zubat

- Buy 6 Super Potion/3-5 Repel (an extra for both early flyer and if you used one in the cave)

- Get Carbos in the rock by the stander in the grass
- Kill Lotad, Seviper, or Surskit for exp if/while searching for Swablu

MT. CHIMNEY
- MS Matt's Poochyena if L23 (69 xp to L24); Strength is 87.5% on L24
- Archie 1:
        > ALWAYS MS+MS Mightyena unless L25, in which case Strength+Strength
        > If you hit L24 off Matt's Poochyena, MS+MS is guaranteed due to the atk EV (Pooch is 8)

LAVARIDGE
- Body Slam does 28-33
- Sell: Overheat; Buy: 6 Heal Powder/6-7 Energy Root
- Get desert candy and use it in the Teleport menu unless you still aren't L27--if not, KO an encounter on Route 110 and candy before Laura. Carbos when you candy.

WEATHER INSTITUTE

- Surf Swablu x1-2 (Torrent Surf is 31.25% to OHKO)
- Teach Fly when you candy
- Winona: X Special+Surf, X Attack+Strength+Strength, Surf, Heal+Strength+Strength
        > If not in Torrent after Pelipper, Surf is still a favorable range to OHKO Skarm

MOSSDEEP
- Get Dive BEFORE shop
- Buy: 5 Hyper Potion/4-5 Revive/6 Max Repel
- Teach Dive in heal menu before TnL
- Lead Swampert+slave, X Special, Surf spam and bring in Castform when slave dies
        > If first turn Solarbeam charge, Dive Lunatone, then spam Surf

SEAFLOOR CAVERN
- Can Revive a slave in Persim menu just in case Swampert gets crit Slashed or some shit
- Avoid healing before Shelly unless you're <50%, if so, heal DURING the fight, not before; DON'T heal before Archie
- Shelly:
	> Sharpedo: Crunch does 38-45, Slash does 27-32
	> Mightyena: Take Down does 27-32
- Archie 2:
        > Torrent is 44HP (45 if you somehow fainted 6 Makuhita)
        > Mightyena: Guard Spec., X Speed, X Special x2, Surf
		> Take Down does 34-41
        > Crobat: Hope for Wing Attack or Air Cutter into Torrent, Surf
		> Wing Attack does 31-37; Air Cutter does 28-34 (and is high crit chance)
        > Sharpedo: +2 Torrent Surf is 93.75% to OHKO; Slash does 34-41, 34-40 if 3 extra def EVs or Trent. This means you always live a noncrit if you miss Torrent (or miss the range) and can just Surf x2

- 160 spatk guarantees the IB OHKO on Shiftry (21+IVN, all +spatk); otherwise X Special when you would X Speed. If you have only 3 X Specials left (2 for Glacia, 1 for Steven), either risk it or Shock Wave+IB
- +0 Shock Wave is guaranteed to OHKO Sharpedo at 165 spatk (1+IV+); Hydro Pump otherwise

PHOEBE
- 166 spatk guarantees the HP OHKO on L51 Dusclops (27+IVN, all +spatk); either risk it or Surf x2 (if you have the PP for some dumb ass reason). A highroll + Sitrus will probably still be in heal range.

GLACIA
- 101 speed outspeeds Glalie (16+IVN, all +speed); +0 Surf in rain is guaranteed to OHKO at 167 spatk (29+IVN, all +spatk), while it is 87.5% starting at 23IVN. HP OHKO is guaranteed at 132, which is ANY spatk nature/IV. If you outspeed and Surf is risky, HP.
- 164 spatk guarantees +3 Shock Wave OHKO on Walrein (16+IVN, all +spatk). If you have 4 X Special left and can outspeed Glalie, Surf, X Special x3, sweep.

DRAKE
- IB Shelgon, X Speed, IBx4
- If you get Protect, reset

STEVEN
- +0 Surf is 100% to OHKO Skarmory at 167 spatk (16+IVN, all +spatk). Otherwise, HP.
- X Special on Aggron.
- +0 HP is guaranteed to OHKO both Cradily and Metagross on 187 spatk (16+IV+); +1 Surf is guaranteed at 157 spatk (25+IV-); otherwise, X Special+HP.
