- Let's say Jane Doe was a part of the department for 2 months and if she didn't have enough time to play and be active she would need to make a Retired form and when he got time to play again she would make an application and come back with Officer I or Officer II rank but he didn't do that so..
- As he maybe has some IRL problems and really doesn't have time to play ''I would let him come back with Officer I status and return to his job in our Department''

- I would let him come back and make him fill out a Regular Application and start as a Cadet.
