Let's say Jane Doe was a part of the department for 2 months and if she didn't have enough time to play and be active she would need to make a Retired form and when he got time to play again she would make an application and come back with Officer I or Officer II rank but he didn't do that so..

  7. I would terminate him for three days and after three days have passed he would be able to come back to his old rank Rank and back to his old status.

  9. We can give him any verbal warnings but it didn't teach him anything so the ''Terminated Status will give him a reason to think next time about his actions ..''

  11. If the guy stole weapons the first time he would probably still be doing it now after his appeal was accepted and after he was invited back..
  12. But from the other side I would let him appeal this time , and Accept him ,and give him one more opportunity but I would check on him everyday if he is stealing any guns again from the faction locker and I'd be watching him.

  17. It's a long time to think about what you did and what was your mistake and what did you do wrong.
  18. I would let him come back and make him fill out a Regular Application and start as a Cadet.
