First, get a rare pokemon on ORAS. Put the destiny knot on a pokemon from Y. Go to GTS. Despoist the pokemon w/ a destiny knot and ask for the rare pokemon from ORAS. Get on ORAS and look for that pokemon. Once found trade it. The end.
