Twisted - Custom Metagame (Pokemon)

Welcome to Twisted!
In this metagame, only minor changes happen or so it seems...

Affected Moves:
Trick Room - Changes Types so the slower Pokemon has the advantage over the faster one. This lasts for 5 Turns and lowers the Pokemons Speed by 6 Stages.
Magic Room - Changes Types so the faster Pokemon has the advantage over the slower one. This lasts for 5 Turns and lowers the Pokemons Speed by 6 Stages.
Wonder Room - For 5 Turns, all Speed stats are rounded up or down to Speed Tie, the Pokemon always Speed Tie while Wonder Room is on the field.
Attract - Lowers the opposing Pokemon Speed, Special Defense and Defense by 1.
Assist - One Random Move is selected from your lead Pokemon. The Pokemon knowing Assist uses the Selected Move. Cannot use Sketch, Baton Pass or a Signature Move.
Splash - Water/Special/40 BP (+1 Priority) Usually goes first. 10% to flinch the target. 10% to drop the target's Accuracy by 1.
Forest's Curse - Ghost/Physical/80 BP User disappears Turn 1. Reappears Turn 2.
Trick-Or-Treat - Ghost/Physical/80 BP Breaks Protection. 30% Flinch Chance.
