  3. Please take note that this war is nothing personal, and that should you request it, I am willing to make peace. As for why I am declaring war on you in the first place, I am being raided by several countries at the moment for the cause of a pointless alliance war which i did not support. Many of my opponents have upwards of twice my military strength. As you can imagine, survival is quite tenuous for me at the moment and raiding is one method by which i may stay afloat and hope to catch up and drive back my attackers.
