Truth or Dare only: No sloppy make out dares. Kisses are fine.

Truth or Dare only: Vary your dares. Which means don't pick on someone continuously when thinking of your dares.

Truth or Dare only: Try to keep the game moving. If someone quits don't just shut up, take some initiative and start it yourself. People come into the memo in order to play a friendly game of Truth or Dare, and people leave if no one cares to try.

1. No white text, no bright yellow text, if an op tells you to change your text colour change your text colour. The only person allowed to use white text is Doc Scratch.

2. No strife, no violence, if you strike someone intending to start a fight you will be given an hour long timeout ban.

3. Remember that if you want to play an asshole character then your character will be treated as such. Do not complain about in-character bans and slights if you are adamant on playing a character who does not have the brains to conform to basic public standards of behavior. If you wish to RP, then prepare to RP.

4. Don't be a hater, shippers gonna ship. If you have a serious problem with someone either take it to pesters or contact an OP.

5. Don't be a creep, be nice, be civil, we will ban permanently.

6. Godmodding is not cool. Even if you're a god tier.

7. If people or someone starts to complain about excessive OOC (Out Of Character) please take it to another memo or #ooc_chat.

8. Please do not abuse the timeline feature.

9. No drugs, no drug like substances, nothing mind altering. The only ONLY exception is Gamzee Makara and various related subjuggalator trolls+Soper Slime. AMEND: Mom Lalonde and R??? Lalonde are allowed their booze.

10. Have a problem with an OP? Deal with it. No seriously. DEAL WITH IT, if you have a legitimate concern with what one of the ops has done to you (aka perma-ban) then take it up with another OP.

11. Trolls and Fan Trolls are a part of every day life in Pesterchum (and Trollian if you're going to go into semantics) which means the words "Bucket" and "Pail" are a dirty term to them. Because it has been a problem in the past, and believe us it was a problem, uttering these terms is not allowed. All infractions get a kick, continuing to say "Bucket" or "Pail" after many infractions turns into a permanent ban. Refer to rule 14.

12. No ERP, no sex, no bucket filling, no erotic role playing (ERP). If an op sees this s/he has the right to ban with impunity.

13. This should be obvious, but no, it was a problem in the past. Don't bully or harass people. If an op sees you doing it, or hears about it, you're done. Gone. That's it, game over.

14.Don't break the 4th wall unless your character has known canon reasons to be able to, even then don't be utterly obnoxious about it ((Looking at you Deadpool.)) Forms of OOC are (()), [], [[]], and <<>>, these are the most common. OOC stands for Out Of Character and when you address them in character you are breaking the fourth wall. Generally seen as being an asshole when it's done in a mocking manner.

15. This one should be obvious, but no, people don't seem to get it. Intentions to Troll (See: Internet Troll) will be dealt with (See: Deal With It) in a manner of a Permanent Ban. Anyone intending to disrupt the memo (AKA: Troll) will have no warnings, they will be ejected from the memo. Have a problem with it? I Suggest You Come To Terms With It.
