- Gruzzlebeard's guide to Low ELO etiquette.
- #1 Practice your mechanics
- This means last hitting, landing skill shots, timing spells, proper control of the game (dragons,
- baron and buff timers), Orb walking/Kiting properly and knowing the way your lane works.
- #2 Ward, ward, ward
- This is a big one for low ELO. Buying wards can save your life and your teams. Giving vision
- is one of the biggest ways to influence a game for the better. You can carry a team with
- proper warding. Doesn't matter if you are mid top adc support or jungle, buy atleast 1 ward
- on your backs.
- #3 Don't be toxic.
- having a positive persona on stream keeps you and your teammates from going on tilt and
- ultimately affects the game very heavily. If your teammates are raging at eachother at least
- YOU can not be put on tilt.
- Do NOT give people advice in solo queue, they dont want it and will react negatively
- Do NOT butt in when teammates are fighting, just ignore them
- Do NOT respond to a teammate raging AT you, ignore them
- If your whole team is fighting, mute them all and communicate with pings
- Reward your team for good play instead of berating for bad play (Hey man nice kill! Good bubble
- Nami!)
- If you DON'T have anything nice to say, dont say it at all.
- I firmly believe these 3 things will make you a better player overall and you'll be able yourself to diamond.
- Once you get to diamond its about game knowledge and out maneuvering your opponent.
- Also playing the Meta is EASIER to carry yourself with but DON'T be afraid to try to carry
- yourself with 1 champ. It's proven that it works like the challenger AP Sejuania and Veigar
- players. You just need to put in a lot more work to get there c:
