Challenging the Alliance League - Rules and Regulations:

1) Alliance League is a Mono-Type League, where the Champion uses a Mono-Type team; therefore the Challenger will use a Mono-Type team to challenge the league.
2) The Challenger needs to register 1 Mono-Type and 8 mono Pokemon with the League before Challenging.
3) He must attain 12 Badges before Challenging the Elite 4.
4) He must defeat the Elite 4 before he faces the Champion.
5) Failure to lose on the way will end the challenger's quest at Alliance League.
6) To re-challenge a minimum amount of 2 bucks are to be given to the league.
