I am writing to apply for the position of Part Time/Casual Office Admin Assistant in Bankstown, as advertised on University of Sydney's Career Hub.  I am in my first year of a Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Sydney, majoring in Mechanics (Space).  I have a strong interest in this position, where I hope to display and utilise the skills I have fostered in previous positions.

Wiseway is a company of particular interest to me. From my research I am aware of the origination's emphasis on working faster, safer and wiser.  This philosophy resonates with me as it conveys the efficiency and care required to be the one of the leading freight forwarding companies in Australia; which engenders trust and long term client relationships, allowing me to apply the communication, teamwork and problem solving skills I have developed through both my studies and employment experience.

Although I do not have much experience in administration, my current position as Secretary of a University of Sydney Society where I am responsible for the logistics of the society, ranging from correspondence with other societies to organising Annual General Meetings; which has allowed me to gain invaluable experience and insight toward the responsibilities of this role. By working collaboratively together with executive committees and university staff, I have developed my skills in planning, management and organisation of a wide range of people.
