So here are things you can improve upon:
-work on spotting stealth (they leave a shimmer behind)
-keep an eye on your minimap and look at where your team mates are. Soak if you need to or join a team fight if you need to do that instead.
-watch where you are positioning your character depending on your hero, who are you and what is your role in the group and where should you be in a team figth?
-practising your characters combo
-Choosing a good build that counters the enemy team.
-Playing the map objective (in this case that is to collect gems)(edited)
