  3. - All explosives
  4. - All thrown
  5. - All blunt
  6. - All pistols
  7. - The rest are banned
  8. Armor rules:
  9. - Any and all starting items (including DLC)
  10. - The Memphis Kid Outfit
  11. - Pre-war Baseball Cap/Baseball Cap with glasses
  12. Special/skills rules:
  13. - Only Charisma is banned from leveling
  14. Perks/traits rules: All perks and traits allowed.
  15. Food/drugs/healing rules: No restrictions
  16. Companion rules: No restrictions
  17. Gameplay rules:
  18. - Find and wear "The Memphis Kid Outfit" and "Pre-war Baseball Cap/Baseball Cap with glasses" before you reach New Vegas and keep it on until completion.
  19. - Model your character after a guido.
  20. Required mods:
  21. -Sawyers mod
  22. Banned mods:
  23. - Any that allow you to make caps
  24. - Any that alter difficulty
  25. Difficulty rules:
  26. -Hardcore
  27. Completion rules:
  28. - The base game and all the DLC's must be completed
  29. - All locations must be discovered
  30. - Must make 2,000 caps from winning caravan by the end of the game.
