NEW CHARTER:  Everyone positively failed in their duties as a GM.  I will be GMing a total of 11 one-shots, which various partial character participation, for the next couple months most likely, for the purposes of fleshing out characters, especially those new ones that I feel have not had a great deal of time to adjust, what with the whole adaptive murder machine and shenanigans with a one-eyed Admiral of Draconis.

ADDITIONAL HOUSERULES
	(A)		Navigation is no longer a player skill.  Navigation on groundside has been rolled into Survival, while spaceship navigation has been rolled into Vehicle/Space.  The intent is to allow pilots to be able to focus on things other than being a pilot, like other Expert builds, and not expend significant skill point resources in a rarely-used and specific skill.
	(B)		Skill points granted at each level gain have been changed.  Instead of the 3:2:2 pattern of Expert:Psion:Warrior, the pattern is now 4:3:3.
	(C)		Reminder that as of 26-10-16 (date that the new Armour rules were published) DEX/STR modifiers are now added to attack rolls, as per RAW.  This is a repeal of an earlier houserule that they were not.
