  24. General Rules

  26. Don't attempt to exploit or cause harm to the server.

  28. Don't RDM other players

  30. Don't harass or annoy other players. This includes purposefully trying to offend others or bait others into an argument.

  32. Racism in any form is unacceptable.
  33.  
  34. Don't spam. This includes voice chat, OOC chat, adverts, and admin chat.

  36. Don't prop minge. This includes prop climb, surf, kill, block, bridge, push, trap or spam.

  38. No offensive or inappropriate text signs.

  40. Do not use an inappropriate RP name.

  42. Do not interfere with admin sits or Admins who are on duty.

  44. Do not ban evade by going on an alternate account. The alt will be permed.

  46. Scamming during vendor transactions or any roleplay transactions is not allowed whatsoever.

  48. No Bunny Hopping. It's unrealistic.

  50. No Mugging.

  52. No CP helping. You must be a government class or a bodyguard hired by the Mayor to assist CP.

  54. Overall, use common sense and have fun.

  56. Building Rules
  57. While building, place a visible textsign that says "Building" to let other players know you are not roleplaying.
  58.  
  59. When a building sign is up, you cannot have any entities in your base. (Radios are fine)
  60.  
  61. Do not interfere with other players that have a "Building" sign.
  62.  
  63. You may not own more than 1 base at a time.
  64.  
  65. A player must be able to enter and exit your building using a keypad cracker or a lockpick.
  66.  
  67. Do not abuse the fading door. (Using your fading door key or button to constantly spam or open and close it during an RP situation)
  68.  
  69. You may use a maximum of 3 fading doors per base.
  70.  
  71. You may not have a fading door with the sole purpose to protect a keypad or button.
  72.  
  73. Keypads must be connected to a working fading door. (No fake keypads)
  74.  
  75. Keypads must have a minimum hold length of 5 seconds for fading doors. (With a 0 initial delay)

  77. Keypads must be placed near the door they open. It shouldn't require crouching or jumping to crack it. It must be at eye level.

  79. Do not build inside unowned buildings or ones owned by other players.

  81. Do not build out on the streets or anywhere public. (Hobos may build anywhere except the streets and in buildings.)

  83. Do not build on rooftops unless they are accessible by a staircase. (inaccessible rooftops)

  85. Do not block off large parts of the map, or any place where NPCs or Dumpsters spawn.

  87. Bases that require crouching, jumping, or alter your speed or movement in any way are disallowed. (No mazes, traps, or kill boxes)

  89. Do not create tiny cracks in your base that raiders cannot see.(Headshot and foot shot traps)

  91. No disorienting advantages such as black rooms, fully invisible props, or one-way world glow effects.

  93. Do not store entities on inaccessible rooftops or inaccessible areas in general.

  95. Sky bases or prop bridges are not allowed. Hobos may build parkour (free running) courses if they do not contain entities and do not allow a player to get into other bases or on top of any rooftops.

  97. No-collide abuse is forbidden. Players may not use no collided props in order to hide within or to use to fire at other players while defending against incoming raiders.

  99. When attacking a base, the raider must be able to see more than just a defender's head while raiding them.

  101. Hallways are allowed only if they are wide enough to comfortably fit 2 different players side by side. No excessively long hallways.

  125. Once you die, you forget everything that happened to you in your past life.

  129. Your NLR is not limited to the size of your NLR circle. If you return to the area where you died and continue to influence the ongoing RP, you are breaking NLR.

  133. Using information that your RP character does not know.

  135. Using your fading door keys to open the keypads and buttons too quickly versus actually using the keypad or button itself. (FDA)

  137. Acting upon visual effects or sounds that can be seen/heard through a wall that you wouldn't normally see or hear.

  142. Fail RP
  143. Changing jobs to get out of or alter an ongoing RP situation. (arrest, chop shop, demotion, kidnapping, reviving a friend, a raid, etc.)

  145. Disconnecting and then immediately reconnecting to avoid or overcome an RP situation (kidnapping or a carjacking).

  147. Using a suicide bind to avoid interaction with an RP situation mentioned above.

  149. Only Thief, Professional Thief, and Custom Classes can steal vehicles.

  151. You can only hold on to a car from a carjack for 15 minutes

  153. Running when you are under gun point (FearRP)
  154.  
  155. You cannot shoot a police officer at a traffic stop unless you have committed a serious crime (Kidnap, Murder, Evading, etc)

  158. Raiding Rules
  159. You must wait 10 minutes in between raiding in general, and 20 minutes to raid the same person again.

  161. Once you've completed your raid, you must leave. You cannot occupy a base/store after a raid.

  163. You cannot raid an obviously open/empty base.
  164.  
  165. Walking past the 2nd door in the PD is considered raiding.
  166.  
  167. When raiding the bank/PD, it is Raiders vs. CP. Do not kill other raiders or prisoners.

  169. Before the use of each explosive weapon such as the Orbital Strike, C4, or nerve gas you must advert a clear warning stating the location of use, give players the opportunity to leave the area.

  174. Gang Territory Rules
  175. You must be a raiding class to claim or defend a territory.
  176.  
  177. You may not fire on enemy gangs unless the territory is being captured or defended.

  181. If you enter a contested territory with a gun out, you can be shot by defending/capturing gangs.

  183. Corrupt CP may NOT participate in territory wars.

  213. Citizens are not allowed to raid or steal.
  214. Citizens are allowed to obviously own a base and own printers and other entities.

  217. Radio DJ
  218. The Radio DJ cannot raid.
  219. Do not play annoying sounds or songs with a sole purpose to annoy players.
  220. Do not play music near spawn.

  223. Cinema Owner
  224. The Cinema Owner cannot raid.
  225. Do not play any vulgar or racist videos.
  226. Do not play any porn or adult material.

  228.  
  229. Thieves
  230. Thieves are allowed to raid and pickpocket anywhere.

  233. Meth Cook
  234. You cannot raid other bases, spend your time cooking meth.

  237. Gangs and Bosses
  238. Gangsters are allowed to raid anywhere.
  239. You can only base with your specific gang members.
  240. Other gang members are KOS in alleyways and buildings. [Not main roads, open areas]

  243. Police Officers
  244. You are not allowed to own their own separate base. Your home is the Police Department.
  245.  
  246. You must follow the guidelines and rules set by the Mayor.
  247.  
  248. You can be corrupt, but can be demoted for being corrupt. (You can NOT RDA, RDM, randomly cuff, or raid without a valid warrant.)
  249.  
  250. You may return to the PD if killed during a raid, but may not return with guns out.
  251.  
  252. Any action that involves not following rules set by the Mayor is considered corruption.
  253.  
  254. You are only allowed to weapon check in the Police Department or Bank.
  255.  
  256. Do not randomly arrest someone without reason.
  257.  
  258. You must always have a valid roleplay reason to search, warrant or want a player.
  259.  
  260. After a valid warning, you may legally eliminate lawbreakers who resist arrest or flee.

  262. If you are shot at, you must shoot back. Do not attempt to arrest someone who is shooting at you. (Baton Rush)

  264. Melee weapons do not apply to Baton Rush.

  266. Don't metagame. You cannot warrant based on information you read in OOC or noises you heard through a wall.

  268. During a lockdown, you may arrest any non-government officials that aren't hobos.

  270. You may only use their Tazer on suspects who are evading arrest. (So that you can catch up and handcuff them)

  272. Mayor
  273. You may be demoted for being corrupt.

  275. The Mayor may set his own bail price or disallow bail altogether.

  277. If there is no Mayor, The Police Chief may set the bail rules instead.

  279. You may change laws to be active or inactive based on the list at the bottom of the rules.

  281. You may create a lockdown at any time you feel threatened (putting up a law board, PD raid, or street shootings).

  283. You may build in the PD with cosmetic props only. No fading doors or blockades.

  285. You may only carry a pistol.
  286.  
  287. Hitmen
  288. You can only target the same person again after five minutes.
  289.  
  290. Do not accept hits on AFK or On-Duty staff members

  292. Hitmen can raid only if their target is inside of a base.

  294. Vendor Classes
  295. You must sell to the public. You cannot refuse public selling.
  296.  
  297. You cannot scam as a vendor.

  299. You can put vending machines anywhere on public property.

  301. Do not self-supply. (Switching to the class only to supply items for your friends)

  303. Pianist
  304. The Pianist cannot raid.
  305.  
  306. You shouldn't really be doing anything other than playing the pianos on the map.

  308. Hobo and Hobo Leader
  309. Hoboes can raid only if they're with the Hobo Leader.
  310.  
  311. Hobo Leaders cannot raid by themselves.
  312.  
  313. You are not allowed to own a base.
  314.  
  315. You are allowed to build tiny shelters on sidewalks or in parks.

  317.  
  318. Kidnapper Rules
  319. You must rope cuff a person in order to kidnap them.
  320.  
  321. You must issue a text warning (advert or yell) so they are aware of the situation.
  322.  
  323. You can not kidnap in spawn.
  324.  
  325. You cannot kill the kidnapped victim unless they are refusing to follow your given orders.
  326.  
  327. Give the kidnapped victim at least 10 seconds to respond to your initial orders.
  328.  
  329. You can hold the kidnapped victim for up to 10 minutes after the advert or yell.
