5:11 PM - Sail: ICly, I played an irritable character; that being Jule. OOCly, I never had an issue with anyone.
5:11 PM - Sail: I had that confrontation with the player, whose logs are of a fragment to the whore ordeal. And the confrontation with Not-prepared; but that was to clarify some things in terms of turian trainings.
5:12 PM - Sail: I do not recall ever receiving any formal conversation over my OOC behavior, or a warning of sorts.
5:12 PM - Sail: From what I understand, I am being permanently banned for a single offense. Self-serving bias cast aside.
5:13 PM - Sail: I am not the flame kind of guy; it's pointless. Hence I did not engage much to the player involved in the logs you sent me.

If you're going to throw childish antics like that in my face in an attempt to jusify what ou said then I'm not going to talk to you any further regarding your ban. 5:25 PM - Sail: I do not believe so. He did certainly start the ordeal; am I in the wrong for saying what I said? Perhaps, if he was to assume that I was directing my responses to him. However, I did not carry out the conversation like the traditional flame would- I left when I knew things were going to get heated.
5:27 PM - Sail: Another thing for me to point out- I am not a repeat offender, to the best of my knowledge. I do not recall ever fighting with someone in-server.
5:27 PM - Sail: Another thing to ask- why a permanent ban?
5:28 PM - Sail: I do not believe I am guilty of the charge, but assuming I was I would think that a permanent ban for "flamebating" is somewhat harsh? I understand it is not my community, but eh.
