Pre-Ruling Statement to Khaibit Draft

Khaibit, we have been in communication with your House leader, and upon his consent to relinquish any standing in these matters, herein we shall make known to you the charges that have been levied against you by various members of the citizenry, each of whom has asked for your immediate removal as Minister of Culture, dismissal from the ranks of our populace, and enemying under the rights of Houses.

That you did knowingly act in such a way that might cause, and did in fact cause, harm to a member of Ashtan's citizenry.

That you did knowingly act in such a way that directly opposes your role of Minister of Culture, which is to mean that you purposefully demoralized various citizens in both word and deed.

That you did knowingly embark on decades, if not centuries, of personal bias, prejudice and nepotism in your role as Minister of Culture.

Evidence for all these charges has been brought to the Ruling Council of Ashtan and thus before the Court of Chaos. It has been determined that we will hear your response before making any decision in the outcome of these complaints. But be forewarned that once we do, that decision will be binding and immediate, including the potential loss of all property associated with your citizenship in the Bastion.
