  1. 01[22:10] <@Plutonis> 6January 17 - 20:00 - Ivoryscape Sewers. Recently, the inhabitants of the city have been complaining about a toxic acid substance being leaked from the tubulations. Four people have been hospitalized with acute poisoning and burns, and the City Council has called the Wanderers to find whatever is responsible for that. You now stand on the main shaft of the sewers. The rancid smell of excrements fill the air and gives a nauseous sensation for the four of you.

  3. [22:11] <DorinMalcom> "Ugh, first a construction site, now the sewers...Where the hell will they put us next."
  4. [22:12] <Ryuu> "Man... this will be a tough job to do..." Ryuu remarked as he let Hataro, his Servine back into the pokeball, letting out his Magnemite instead, "Raigane, you'll be the lead!"
  5. 06[22:12] * Jamal bends his knees, and squats down, meditively. His face is unusually serious, and makes an odd juxtaposition to the little Shinx sitting in the front jacket of his coat, poking its head out.

  7. [22:13] <Steve> "Oh my..." Steve mutters, pinching his nose. Scarlet was resting in his arm, squirming uncomfortably. "I would volunteer Scarlet and I to combat the smell, but I wonder if that wouldn't sabotage our investigation..."
  8. [22:13] <Camellia> "...You're telling me. It's not proper Wanderer work, if you ask me." Camellia frowns. "And right after sending me to that mansion..."

  10. [22:14] <Steve> Steve has to chuckle. "Still, heck of a first mission as a Wanderer, isn't it, Scarlet?"
  11. 06[22:14] * DorinMalcom Lets out his Little Babby Luvdisc. "Hey fellas...Hold on a tic I'm steppin' out." Cooing abd petting the little fish, he leans against the cleanest looking wall and possesses his pokemon.

  35. [22:19] <Steve> Steve immediately spins to point Scarlet towards the something. "Fire!"
  36. 06[22:19] * Camellia shudders a bit at seeing Dorin's strange display but continues on. Wanderers are Wanderers.
  37. [22:19] <Steve> Scarlet lets out a sneeze, and a sweet pink spore suddenly shoots out of the bud on her head in the direction of the slinking.
  38. 01[22:20] <@Plutonis> An enormous mass of purple sludge floats in the direction of you, with a smallish black body inside. It emanates a strange acid mist around itself, and your heads ache beyond its psionic prowess. 6[WHO DARES TRESPASS?]
  39. 06[22:20] * DorinMalcom Scraches his beard. "Did we find it? Can't says I like being here-"

  41. [22:21] <Camellia> "Not meaning to intrude, but perhaps you could make your own a bit further from people? The cityfolk aren't very happy with the situation, and I think it can be resolved sans violence."
  42. 06[22:22] * DorinMalcom Shrugs at Camellia, "Last time I tried that the pokemon tried t'run me over with a bulldozer."

  44. 06[22:22] * Ryuu winces at the feeling of something intruding his mind. "Indeed, we wouldn't want to disturb you, but there are people getting hurt from the substances coming from you."

  46. [22:22] <Jamal> Jamal gets over the smell...quickly enough, "I am Jamal Jenkins, Captain of Altho and protector of the people. I will only ask you once to vacate this premise, or face justice."
  47. 06[22:22] * Camellia frowns. "Well, it's its home. I'm sure we can find a peaceful solution..."

  842. [00:50] <Ryuu> "Pleased to make your acquaintance," Ryuu nodded and greeted with a smile as Hataro got down and started circling around to examine the others, "I take it strange pokemon like these are common in this area?"
  843. [00:51] <DorinMalcom> "Eeeeh. Ran into another beasty a while back. At a construction site. Was all metal like and had mind powers like this one."
  844. [00:52] <Camellia> "Of course. I'm glad you see things similarly to me." Camellia gives a smile despite reeking of shit. "...It's a shame the interests of pokemon and human had to conflict here, but what we managed was not the worst of all possible solutions..."
  845. [00:52] <Jamal> Jamal gives Camellia a stern look, "On a side note, i must have a word with you before I depart the city. Pleasure to meet those of you, Dorin, and Ryuu. Unfortionately, I don't plan to be in town long enough to get to know you well; I'm Captain Jamal."
  846. [00:53] <Camellia> "It's good to see you again Jamal. I apologize we had to first meet in...uh, well, unpleasant conditions. What do you need from me? I'd like to get cleaned off first."
  847. [00:53] <Steve> Steve holds one of the Sludgicus parts towards Camellia. "We'll have to look into this strange Pokemon and try to find peace for her."
  848. [00:54] <Ryuu> "Quite intriguing..." Ryuu replied and nodded to the others as a response to their greetings. Hataro then got back to its trainer's shoulder, wagging its tail in thought.
  849. [00:54] <Jamal> "...It's not something I care to discuss freely."
  850. 02[00:54] * DorinMalcom has quit IRC (Ping timeout)
  851. [00:54] <Jamal> "Reguardless, yes, to the infermy, we go"
  852. 06[00:54] * Camellia nods. "I plan to take good care of it. A home with a trainer is better than living where it may be hunted at any time...And Jamal, in that case we will speak in private later?"
  853. [00:55] <Ryuu> "Well...! It might as well be a good idea to clean up after going through a mess like this!" Ryuu said in agreement to Jamal's statement, "Let's get going!"
  854. [00:55] <Jamal> "It would be preferred."
  855. [00:55] <Steve> "Right. For now, I'm going to go get cleaned up and patched up."
  856. [00:55] <Jamal> you notice he's being overly polite, if that's not obvious enough as is.
  857. [00:55] <Ryuu> Hataro raises an arm, following his trainer's action.
  858. [00:57] <Camellia> 3[Can't you guys talk later? Like, when we're not walking in shit? Well, floating for me. Sucks for you guys.]
