												Joint Statement of Disciplinary Action



With a unanimous vote the Administration of WhaleClub has ruled to revoke admin privileges from flibbr effective immediately

The basis of this decision was formed on the following instances of misconduct:

1) Gross false claims of serious crime convictions of Kazonomics posted publicly on twitter; after becoming aware of his false statements seconds after posting he kept the tweet as not to admit wrongdoing or damage his oversized ego -- it was only approximately 24 hours later where his tweets were deleted with no retraction tweet so it was good as allowing it to stand. This hasty and belligerent behavior from a core leadership member is both embarrassing and unbecoming of a brand that hopes to project a professional trading community image.

2) Handling of Adam G in full public after being advised by fellow admin to speak in private to minimize brinkmanship and grandstanding to the populace. This again brought flibbr’s management decisions into question as after a dramatic public performance ousting Adam from the community it was all solved peacefully in private as was advised initially.

3) Moding CoinLion and then DeModing CoinLion less than 24 hours with no warning or discussion. Prime demonstration of current indecision and instability clouding flibbr’s judgement processes.

4) Adding server permissions to his own account that allowed him to take the owner badge away from DrHelmut with no warning or discussion. Clear demonstration of power and disrespect toward a fellow admin as well as a breakdown of communication toward consensus decision making and fostering progress a good working relationship.

5) Stonewalling of other admin questioning his brash decisions and ego mania. When asked to explain himself concerning recent actions he would respond with one of the following three statements: a) he is the supreme leader of all things WC and he isn’t going to entertain our ideas/thoughts or b) erects strawman arguments to divert from the true arguments or c) rage quits in some way that he is too busy for this and can’t be bothered

6) Has left the admin telegram group (and the VIP group) to generate even more drama in any further attempts at communication and resolution.



The above referenced behavior of flibbr does not align with the strategic visions of building a community branded on professionalism, tact, and appealing to curious traders from other markets. Currently this revocation is temporary and we will revisit this decision on January 18th. This deferment will allow emotions to ebb and hopefully a clearer mindset toward a productive outcome -- after that time if he so chooses we will have a discussion concerning his prior actions/behavior and whether going forward there is role for him to play as an admin.
