For those that have no idea,Goophone came out before Iphone 5...Lots of chaos arised as they accused them for stealing patents and all the stuff like that.This is maybe the easiest SE you can actually do so here goes.Check the website first :

1)You will need a drop

2)You will need a serial

3)You will need a VCC

4)You will need debating/SE skills.For some of their phones they put a full hold and their English is irritating to hell if you get a wrong supervisor,RMA handler

Method itself :


A)Find a serial for the device itself...Youtube has actually thousands of them.

B)Contact them by phone on 0755-88877119

C)Whine and go crazy for phone quality and how shitty it has been as experience.They will manage the complaints fast

D)They will email you some support instructions.Wait a day or so and call them back whining.They will issue an RMA asking you for PoP.

E)Say it was a gift.They will most probably start holding back.Escalate the matter to a supervisor

D)When talking with supervisor simply explain again the situation and ask for AR.

E)Depending on how many phones/how much bulk order you do,they will put either full holds are just do a preauthorisation of 10 pounds approx.In 3 different times when we changed the wording/we had 3 different conclusions on the SE.

F)Be aware that you will pay some customs fees.




WHY SHOULD YOU BOTHER WITH THIS SE

Putting it down simply :

Buy the goophone,replace the back of the phone with an Iphone case(Exactly the same),Sell it as used Iphone.Worked perfectly for me as goophone with an update gets full english support and the phone software is EXACTLY the same.
