  1. Pledge Project Proposals
  2. 1) Green Room Renovation ($650)
  3. a. Repair the cabinet (Wood/Hardware $100)
  4. b. Repaint the ceiling and the walls (Paint/Primer $200)

  6. d. Hang a heavy bag (Bag + Wood Anchor 100$)
  7. e. Time Scale:
  8. i. Day 1: Prepare the room for painting by moving everything out, fix any of the holes/chunks in the wall, and apply primer. Purchase wood and cut out pieces for the cabinet doors and foosball table.
  9. ii. Day 2: Apply first coat of paint. Cut out notches from wood for the goal and the holes. Sand down the doors for the cabinet and prime it.
  10. iii. Day 3: Apply second coat of paint. Assemble the legs and apply primer. Install hardware for the cabinet door.
  11. iv. Day 4: Put in painters tape for the design on the walls and paint. Paint the legs of the foosball table. Prepare the playing surface for the foosball table. Stain the wood for the foosball table.
  12. v. Day 5: Paint the design again and remove paint. Put the hardware on the table and assemble.
  13. vi. Day 6: Install the wood anchor for the heavy bag and hang the bag.
  14. 2) Pool Room to Study Room Conversion
  15. a. Build table topper for the pool table
  16. b. Build benches for the table
  17. c. Purchase custom felt for table and hire professional
  18. d. Time Scale:
  19. i. Day 1: Purchase wood for the table topper and the bench and cut it to size.
  20. ii. Day 2: Sand Wood and stain
  21. iii. Day 3: Stain again.
  22. iv. Day 4: Put the two sheets together for the table topper. Assemble the benches.
  23. 3) Renovate Snake Cage

  26. b. Purchase Seed: Perennial Ryegrass Blend (responds well to traffic and doesn’t require much water) $20
  27. c. Time Scale:
  28. i. Day 1: Remove Lawn and fill in any holes with soil. Make sure the area is level.
  29. ii. Day 2: Apply started fertilizer and spread seed around using a spreader (15-20 seeds per square inch). Set sprinklers to mist surface four times a day.

  31. 5) Hang Lights in Backyard
  32. a. Purchase lights Bulbrite 48 feet ($80)
  33. b. Put up a pole in the backyard ($11) and cement for it ($4)
  34. c. Time Scale:
  35. i. Day 1: Dig a hole in the backyard near the bench and cement the pole upright.
  36. ii. Day 2: Mount the light to the pole and the side of the house in a triangle formation about 2 feet above.
  37. 6) Put Gravel in the Piss Bush Area
  38. a. Dig out the soil in the piss bush area and replace with sand and gravel so it smells less awful when people piss on it. ($35)
  39. 7) DJ Booth: Build a new DJ booth that replaces the current one that is in the backyard to include an actual table and block off the dining hall at the same time. We would be able to disassemble it for storage in between parties.
