  1. Cakeotter Log Analysis
  2. Tichondirus - https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/rFChZDQyzg4JtVnf#fight=24
  3. Overall Assessment
  4. So there a few things that I can see at first glance however I'm not 100% fluent with Enhancement due to the fact that it's probably one of my least preferred melee classes so I'm guessing some of this information will be somewhat false or not applicable.
  5. Uptimes, mostly concerning Boulderfist, Landslide and Flametongue. Sitting anywhere between 70% and 90% for the 3 of those. On a fight like Tich I can see where you'd drop the buffs, but 70% is still quite on the low side. Please correct me if I'm wrong but I'd imagine the idea is to maintain as close to 100% uptime as possible?
  6. Procs, Cast Efficiency and overall cooldown usage.
  7. So I'll run over the actual bad ones first.
  8. Doom Winds - 5/6 casts. Obviously a big no no, you don't ever want to miss a cast. There's going to be very rare cases where you might miss a cast and lose absolutely nothing but in majority of cases, you cannot afford to miss a cast as you are not only missing the initial damage from that cast but are delaying future usages.
  9. Stormstrike/Stormbringer - I'm going to say that this also applies to Boulderfist but seeing as it's not entirely realistic to expect to have 100% cast efficiency on all of these spells, I'm going to give it mostly a pass. That being said, SS and SB procs are the main focus. Missing an overall of 20 SS casts coupled with 17 wasted SB procs adds up to 37 missed SS usages (which is usually close to the difference between parses when I was checking the higher logs).
  10. I'm not going to be super harsh on this as a lot of it is determined by mechanic overlaps and raid composition, but being able to adjust to those things and maintaining a strong cast efficiency is key to a better performance.
  11. Maelstrom and Resource Management
  12. We've obviously already spoken about this but I figured I'd reitorate here. It appears from my VERY minimal research that most recommendations are to use LL at 110 Maelstrom or higher whereas I see your casts mostly around 80/90. I'm not sure if one of us is misinformed (most likely me) but having an extra 20-30 Maelstrom banked prior to an add phase is going to be a very considerable damage increase in the long run. I should also say that you should be more willing to CL even when it's a primary target loss since in 99% of cases in Nighthold, add damage is far more important than boss damage.
  13.
  14. Other than all of that, I'd say that RNG is playing a big factor and alas, I can't really read anymore than that. Sorry it took me so long to get this done and that I only focused on the Tich log, but it's probably one of the best encounters to establish a good margin of play between ST, Multi-Target and an orientated focus on which is more important and when.
  15. I'd say that your gear is also quite a limiting factor in that you are quite lacking in the trinkets department. Hopefully RNGesus will heed your call and give you a fatty trinket in your time of need!
  16.
  17. If you have any other particular bosses you'd like me to focus on (preferably not Elisande/Gul'dan as they are considerably harder to read) I'd be more than happy to.
