FNAF 1-4 Timeline

This is a full timeline of the FNAF series, as I feel the evidence up to FNAF4 points to:

Sometime before 1983, Fredbear's Family Diner
>Only Fredbear springlock animatronic suit exists at this point
>First murder occurs. Murdered child haunts restaurant and eventually posseses/manifests as the puppet- probably. IDK. I think that the first child to be murdered became the puppet but I do not know how the puppet became a part of the Fredbear crew. This will probably show up in some way in the halloween DLC.

1983, Fredbear's <eatery name> (could be new location, could be remodeled old location)
>Franchise has grown. There are now more characters and there is a cartoon about them. My guess is that the cartoon is about a normal kid and his adventures with Fredbear/Fazbear crew.
>Springlock Bonnie animatronic suit built. Freddie, Blue Bonnie, Chica, Foxy and their cartoonized counterparts exist only as merchandise and side characters at this point.
>During the week shown in FNAF 4 two employees manning the two springlock suits are killed.
>Crying child from FNAF 4 witnesses this. Trauma from being terrorized by brother and friends becomes more intense and child is specifically afraid of Fredbear and Spring Bonnie. Child doesn't tell anybody.
>Deaths kept secret, animatronics installed onto stage for safety reasons. Two employees killed continue to haunt establishment as the shadow animatronics. Hurried construction of Freddy, Blue Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy begins.
>On the day of his birthday the Crying child is shoved into Fredbear's mouth. Springlock suit suffers second failure, clamping down on the child's head.
>Child enters coma, suffers from nightmares of Fredbear animatronic and the masked faces of his brother and his friends. Child dies from injuries a few days later in the hospital. The black Fredbear animatronic (Nightmare) likely represents his inner resentment towards his brother and his friends.
>Child posseses Fredbear animatronic AKA Golden Freddy.
>Establishment closes. Fredbear and Spring Bonnie suits/animatronics retired permanently and their characters scrubbed out of the franchise/cartoon to try and have people forget them.
>Establishment reopens a short time later as Freddy Fazbear's Pizza when Freddy, Chica, Bonnie, and Foxy animatronics are finished.
>Crying child's brother and friends are murdered by Purple guy, who is likely at this point an employee at the restaurant given we see him in the background in FNAF 4 and the knowledge of the establishment he would need to possess to commit the later murders. Probably phone guy but we'll likely never know for sure.
>These four murdered children possess Freddy, Chica, Bonnie, and Foxy.
>Rumors of two tragedies in such a short time ultimately kill business. Establishment is shut down.

Summer of 1987, 4-5 months before FNAF 2. New Freddy Fazbear's Pizza
>New, larger establishment built by Fazbear entertainment, owners of the animated television show- the only part of the franchise that has been making money in the meantime.
>New establishment stars new animatronics that more closely resemble their cartoon visages. (the "Toy" animatronics and the MC of the show, the "balloon boy")
>New animatronics feature new software to prevent tragedies like what happened in the past.
>Spring Bonnie, Fredbear, Freddy, Blue Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy kept around for spare parts.
>Very soon after the new establishment opens the Purple guy uses the springlock bonnie suit to lure five children to the back and murder them. The five children he murders possess the new animatronics: Toy Freddie, Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica, Toy Foxy(Mangle), and Balloon Boy.
>Bite of 87 occurs. Likely one of the newly possessed animatronics going haywire and attacking someone. The bite of 87 has been a red herring this whole time. The event in 1983 has always been the event with the more important consequences.
>Establishment closes as quickly as it opened. Animatronics are stored in the restaurant until Fazbear entertainment can disassemble them and open the again elsewhere.
>FNAF 2 happens in November 1987, we play as a security guard guarding the animatronics while they are being stored.

Mid 90's, Freddy Fazbears Pizza (site of FNAF 1)
>Toy animatronics scrapped, original Freddy, Blue Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy are rebuilt and are the stars of the new site. The cartoon is likely dead by now. The new site is likely the '83 site remodeled.
>Shortly before FNAF 1 the animatronics kill the phone guy. Assuming he is purple guy, this is the cutscene from the end of FNAF 3. Purple guy possesses the springlock Bonnie suit he died in.
>FNAF 1 happens
>This establishment also dies at some point. Fazbear entertainment goes bankrupt.

Present Dayish, Fazbear Fright. (Site of FNAF 3)
>Old Freddy Fazbear franchise stuff recovered and moved to a new horror attraction called Fazbear Fright. Unclear if the puppet and animatronics besides Springtrap are actually there in any way or if they are just hallucinations of the security guard.
>FNAF 3 happens.
>Site burns down, mostly everything destroyed.
>Whether or not the secret minigames really happen is up for debate, but mostly they represent the puppet's spirit and the ghosts of the dead employees (probably) attempting to help the FNAF 4 crying child (Golden Freddy) and his brother/brother's friends to reconcile and move on after getting their revenge on purple guy. The final minigame is essentially the brother and his friends apologizing to the crying child for hurting him and their spirits finally moving on.

Loose Ends:
>Puppet is still somewhat enigmatic. We know his identity but his motivations and when the actual puppet the first murdered child possessed was constructed is still up in the air.
>Shadow Freddy and Bonnie, the ghosts of the employees that died in the first springlock suit failure are still at large.
>The souls of the second batch of murdered children- the ones who possessed the toy animatronics are still at large.
>These will likely come up in the DLC or future installments since despite what Scott says, we all know by now that Mr.Cawthon's wild ride never ends.
