14:42 [Sheylalinkha]: I've received your petition regarding your shoulder issue. Did I understand that correctly that you had won a shoulder token in last night's raid and also the essence, which was then converted into a shoulder token?

14:43 [Angusdonals]: so I then used the Essence to purchase the shoulders
14:43 [Angusdonals]: Instead of the shoulder token (which I recieved later in an ingame mail)
14:45 [Sheylalinkha]: I can see that you have used the essence to get a shoulder token and then shoulders immediately from this essence and that these shoulders had been transmogged to display the Avatar set before you took the other token out of the mail.

14:46 [Sheylalinkha]: Aww. :( Sorry to hear about that! But since the essence token had already been made a shoulder token though (which has been used and transmogged), I'm afraid that you will have to stick to the shoulders you have.
14:47 [Angusdonals]: So you cannot reclaim my shoulders?
14:47 [Angusdonals]: And restore the essence token?

14:48 [Sheylalinkha]: You can only go back 1 step at a time during the 2 hour window. Since you have used the shoulders already from the essence token, you would have only been able to change the spec of the shoulders but not the token type itself.
14:49 [Sheylalinkha]: Essence > Shoulder token > Shoulders are 2 steps sadly, that's why this won't be possible, I'm afraid.
14:49 [Angusdonals]: I know that I cannot, im just suprised taht a GM cannot :)

14:52 [Sheylalinkha]: We technically have the ability to do so but the devs have set the rule that only 1 step can be reversed at a time - and that's how the system works.

14:53 [Sheylalinkha]: Make sure to double check everything before using tokens or transmogging your items to keep the 2 hour refund timer up in the future.

14:54 [Angusdonals]: Well even if i mogged them, i still couldn't transfer them back could I? Because i cannot go shoulder > token > essence
14:54 [Sheylalinkha]: You might have left the location too early or had no bag space. We cannot see for what reasons they had been mailed.
14:55 [Sheylalinkha]: No, transmogging will bind the item to you the way it is and will make it irrefundable. This is also the reason why there is a pop up window warning you about it, before the transmog is applied. :)

14:56 [Angusdonals]: Im sorry if I sound a bit upset, but I just don't see how having a "1-step rule" at an end of an expansion is more important than keeping a subscriber happy
14:56 [Sheylalinkha]: It's not. :) As it will make your item irrefundable for any swaps and exchanges, even if the 2 hour timer was still up. You would have not been able to trade your shoulders back to the essence though regardless as this would have been a 2 step refund.
14:56 [Sheylalinkha]: Theoretically though, you only missed the chance to change the spec of the shoulders due to the transmog.
14:57 [Angusdonals]: and I even made a ticket as soon as I realised I had the shoulder token aswell

14:57 [Sheylalinkha]: I understand that you are upset, however our rules apply to all players and it would be extremely unfair to help you in this situation, while everyone else will have to live with their decisions.
