Delta Constitution Emys

Preamble
Behold, for we peoples of this internet, in the great land of The Delta League, have issued a Constitution pertaining to the way in which this league shall be run. This land was once desolate, full of cancer and ruled by trolls, and by way of this Constitution it shall be brought up to an empire, ruled by a powerful people. Therefore, let it be known that The Delta League has made its stake upon this internet, and it shall not falter willingly.

Rights of the Damned
	In the course of events, there are those who are muted, locked, and kicked from the room. These are the damned, and forthcoming are their rights. It should be said that these rights are not to be applied to those banned from the room, and for those poor souls to be accepted back into the arms of our empire, a member of the league must appeal for them directly to the champion, and if no member of the people does so, there is no hope for the banned.
	Pertaining to the muted
		1. If a being entering unto this league is muted, they may appeal to either the source of the damning, or to a higher power. If none of those qualified to rescind the mute are forthcoming with a removal, the damned shall wait until the mute has expired, and shall not bitch about it after, upon pain of another mute or worse. If a complainant continues to pester members of the league, the pestered members may simply Ignore that person, and nothing shall be done to rescind the mute.
	Pertaining to the locked
		1. Those locked by a high administrator of this section of the internet and not a member of this league are not to be loitering about in this Delta League, for it stains our reputation to have those so grandly damned in our midst without reason. Those in the League who are locked by a high administrator of this piece of internet are to have their cases examined by the Champion, and if they pass, are to be allowed to make a presence of themselves. Those who do not pass inspection are to be removed from the league, and may not loiter, just as any other being not of this league.
	Pertaining to the kicked
		1. Those who are kicked from The Delta League and feel that this treatment is unjust may make a complaint in private to a power higher than the source of the ban. This higher source will inspect the case and will suggest a punishment to the Champion based on the severity of the instance if deemed necessary. If this higher power does not deem the Kick unjust, then that higher power will inform the complainant, and the matter will be done. If the complainant continues to pester the higher power, then that higher power may simply Ignore that person.

Conclusions
	The stake has been claimed, the rules splayed upon the table, the bounties made. If a being is in discord with these statements, let them begone from the presence of The Delta League, for they are not welcome. If a being has a suggestion to make, then let the creators of this document be informed, and it may be taken into consideration. If any amendment is made to this constitution, said amendment takes precedence over any item it may contradict in this original Constitution. That is all, and let it be done with, for all has been said that needs said at this moment. Let not ye falter in your goals, for then all is lost for you.
