1. Download this:

Then extract into the folder where you installed SFV to (Should be the same folder as StreetFighterV.exe).

 

2.Go to "StreetFighterV\Content\Paks" and delete pakchunk7-WindowsNoEditor.pak or rename it, up to you.

Make sure it's 7, don't change any of the other files or your game will probably crash.

 

3.That's pretty much it, though back your shit up just in-case

Same deal as earlier, except delete/rename pakchunk4-WindowsNoEditor.pak. If you want both mods at the same time, both pakchunk4-WindowsNoEditor.pak and pakchunk7-WindowsNoEditor.pak have to be missing.
