I'm working on putting together a piece on toxicity in the MinecraftForge modding community. LexManos, as the leader of the MinecraftForge modding team, I'm very interested in your candid response to some questions. I have the following questions: * Do you feel that you have a responsibility for the overall health of the modding community, and why or why not? * What sorts of things have you done to encourage new modders to explore and understand MinecraftForge? * When viewing your post history on minecraftforge.net and your twitter posts, I saw a lot of profanity and insults directed at newcomers to the modding scene. What, from your perspective, is the purpose of insulting less knowledgeable programmers? * When faced with criticism, what helps you decide when to explain and when to be caustic? What thought processes or decision making procedures do you employ?
