   * Valid Government-issued Drivers License or;
   * Valid Government-issued passport with recognizable photo

state or federal agency for accuracy before any reactivation will occur.

Dear Customer,
We have received in less than 24h multiple complains for each of your
hosting server. From copyright violation, to brute force or Spam.

Consequently, we have suspended your Gandi handle.

We may unlock the Gandi Handle XXXXX (but not the hosting) but we require
a copy of a legal and valid photo ID (passport, drivers' license,
national ID card) of the person who has been attributed as the contact
person.
