Advice for anonymity minded folk:
 
 * Timezones can be used against you
 
   * use a BNC or tmux + irssi and never go offline
   * when you log into irc, it's "morning"
   * when you log out of irc, it's "night"
 
 * DON'T FUCKING POST PERSONAL INFO ANYWHERE
 
   * no pictures of you
   * no links about you
   * no non anonymous email accounts about you
   * no blogposting
   * no posting gpg fingerprints or ids that aren't
     related to your current identity
 
 * Tripcodes
 
   * tripcodes are for auth ONLY
   * nameless is meant so that you don't need 
     to use tripcodes if you wish to not
     you can chat with some auth but it lasts 
     1 session
   * tripcodes are seen by server oper so don't
     reuse passwords and keep in mind that the
     server opers know your every move
   * server opers DON'T know what nick is who
     until you turn your tripcode on, so keep it off
 
 * & channels
  
  * these are the ``ultimate power'' of nameless
    utilize them more
  * the point of them is that they are purely confusing
    to both users and feds, it's meant for mindless chatter
    and saying things without them being attributed back to
    your current identity
  * they are cool fucking use them

i.e. &public and #public are 2 separate channels

i.e  &.secret and #.secret are 2 separate hidden channels
 
To get a "tripcode" , a user name with a | in it
 
 * /msg tripserv user#tripcode
 
where user is the username and tripcode is the secret with no spaces
 
to turn off your tripcode
 
 * /msg tripserv off
 
Or use:
 
 * /nick user#tripcode
  
IMPORTANT: channels starting with & appear empty but there are users in there regardless
