All planned giveaways such as follower milestone giveaways, will have a 30 min notification. Unplanned giveaways may not have any notification.

Giveaways are independently run by Tam___Tam and moderators and are not associated with twitch.tv, Valve or Steam.
Repeat offenders who follow and unfollow for giveaways risk being banned. 
Limit of 1 standard giveaway win per stream. Ticket giveaways excluded.  
Failure to follow these rules may result in a reroll.  
Items will be traded and confirmed after stream.
