Note Card rules for CPE 102 Lab Quizzes

Students are allowed one card with reference notes to use during lab quizzes.
Dimensions must be exactly 5 x 8 inches.
A standard 5 x 8 note card is preferred, but 20 lb or greater paper is acceptable,
if cut to the exact dimensions.
Text must be typed at least single spaced, at least 12 point font.
Text must be in portrait orientation on the card (typed across the narrow 
dimension).  
The first line must contain the student name, centered, and nothing else.
There is no margin requirement.
Text may be typed on only one side of the card.
The card must be submitted on the instructor's desk at the start of the quiz.
The instructor will approve the card and return it to the student during
the quiz.
The student must submit the card with their quiz paper before they leave.
