Use stock .bins if you:
1: Want to return to a completely 100% stock rom. A stock rom will have to be rooted and unlocked.
2. Can't be bothered booting into recovery to flash a new rom.
3. Do not want to be unlocked.
4. Like downloading huge files and wasting time.

Use TeenyBin if you:
1. Want to unlock your phone easily with LGNPST.
2. Want to update rpm and tz partitions so you can use the latest AOSP roms.
