It would have been better if we meet face to face like men when i came to Angola last week for us to discuss this matter, instead you choose to hide from me  inspite of several notices that I was coming to Angola to meet with you. I cannot reach you via phone or email for over 1 year as partner but only get to you through REDACTED, why?  what are you hiding or afraid of?

You have abandoned my boat and the crew since it stopped making money for you,  but I am trying to help fix the problem and you insult me for doing what you ought to be doing? 
I am trying to see how I can at least pay salaries and repair the boat from so many years of neglect from you and you tell me I am not serious?  Not serious because i trusted my asset into your hands and you abuse my dependence on you? 

I have evidences of all my expenses in buying spare parts including propeller parts that I imported from Germany etc. I have asked you several times what will happen to the boat since the business was stopped last year by the government and you refused to get reply to all my mails to you. You have made millions from this vessel and all I have been paid was only $300,000 for 4 years, and you accuse me of not being serious and being a bad business man when it is you running the business and pocketing all the money when sales were made? 
For your information, in december alone, I have  paid part of the crew's wages $9000, i have paid $3500 to repair the engine, and fix the speead boat for $500 all in this one month alone. 

Please I dont want to argue with you, I just want us to resolve the matter and I move forward.

Eu perdi muito dinheiro com este barco mas nunca te liguei para lhe comunicar. e você me vem sempre com a mesma conversa quero saber, quais são as peças que você comprou no valor de USD 100.000,00 e aonde estão essas peças? são estas e outras razões que me fazem pensar, que você não é um homem serio. Eu tenho outros assuntos a resolver, e não tenho muito tempo para te ouvir, pensa mais no bem que lhe fiz a ti e ao teu barco
