A - Not really. The script in the guide for retards won't fully work on other versions.
Ignore some of the bloatware.
Install TinyWall or another firewall to block random phoning home from Windows.
Tools & scripts that work on all versions will eventually reach a point where any advantage of using LTSB is lost.

Q - How should I install cleanly?
A - If you're going with Pro, upgrade first just so you're activated properly, other than that, delete all garbage partitions (such as "recovery" or other prebuild crap) format your drive fully, create a new partion & install from a DVD or USB Flash Drive. Do not do a "clean" upgrade or "clean" reset because these methods are garbage & you will end up with garbage left over.

Q - Any major bugs or other problems in Windows 10?
A - No, not really. You can use google to get the latest news about that.
