Exetel has determined that whilst your Mobile Broadband Service has the ability for you to make mobile voice calls, this is not being utilised. The lack of voice call activity results in unsustainable monthly wholesale costs to Exetel. As our records indicate you are not taking advantage of this feature (mobile voice calls), Exetel formally gives you 30 days’ notice that from the 1st of April 2012, the ability for you to make mobile voice calls from your Exetel Mobile Broadband Service will no longer be possible. For Exetel to perform this change, it is necessary for your plan to be converted. This will occur as per the following tables. Please take note of this as some of the plan conversions will result in increased monthly plan charges on your service. 1. Customers on these plans will be converted to the WBP plan on 1/4/2012, there will no longer be the ability to make mobile voice calls.
