To: cnect-netneutrality@ec.europa.eu Subject: Public Consultation on specific aspects of transparency Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for the possibility to report the experiences and problems with my internet access in the context of your public consultation on "specific aspects of transparency, traffic management and switching in an Open Internet". I use a mobile/fixed internet access offered by the Provider ... for private/ job-related issues. I would like to use ... (sipgate/Skype/Jabber/WhatsApp/iMessage/Facetime/etc.), but my Provider .... (prohibits/prevents through technical measures/charges additional costs for..) for the use of these products and that makes it ... (impossible/difficult) for me to use them. (If applicable: However, my Provider offers me similar products like ... (phoning/messaging). (If applicable: I chose this internet access, because: - the Provider has the best network coverage - I received a special offer for it in combination with other products - my Provider proposes the biggest variety of mobile phones - my Provider offers the best price - my Provider offers the fastest internet access - there was only one Provider available - ... ) I would have to give up on this advantage, in order to use ....(sipgate/Skype/Jabber/WhatsApp/iMessage/Facetime/etc.). (If applicable: I cannot freely choose my internet access, because - it is paid by my employer/ parents - there is only one Provider who offers internet access in my place of residence/work place - it is already part of my invoice for extra costs - ... and I therefore cannot switch to another Provider.) (If applicable: I represent the corporation ... . Our corporation offers ... and employs ... persons. I therefore urge you to commit yourself to ensuring that I can have full access to the open, free and neutral internet without paying any extra costs for individual services. In addition, I ask you to put an end to the existing limitations to my internet access. The open, neutral and free internet can only be guaranteed through the establishment of a legal framework, since the Universal Service Directive has clearly not succeeded in achieving this. (If applicable: I am available for further questions on your part) I approve/disapprove the publication of this E-Mail. Yours sincerely First name and last name
