Removing the ribbon ui from explorer requires you to rename or delete the file UIRibbon.dll in the system32 folder.
You may also rename or delete UIRibbonRes.dll & UIRibbon.mui.

It is recommended to backup the files somewhere if you delete them.
You will be required to "Take Ownership" of the files to rename or delete them.

You may want full control on Windows 10, so here is how.
In Winaero Tweaker use the disable UAC function.
Then use the built-in Administrator option to unhide the account.
Now for full control simply use that account with UAC totally disabled.
